Call a Pizza in Schoneiche

Ordered online and nothing was delivered after waiting two hours. Of course, nobody can be reached by phone. It was the last time and I don't recommend it to anyone. There can be no question of service here.

Mercilessly unfriendly. Mercilessly overpriced. Information on the website does not match what the employee said. And, I don't wait 2 hours for 2 pizzas ... if I could I would give minus stars!

We have been waiting for the delivery of our order for two hours. Nobody can be reached by phone. The Lieferando app shows that delivery is due soon ... but has been for 45 minutes. Well ... Schöneiche is not that far away from us. That was the last order here. Ordered 4 times there and one of them was actually on time. The maximum waiting time was 3 hours. Not at all. Especially in times of Corona, you should at least be happy about the customer orders and try to keep these customers.

Today I had a promising flyer from this delivery service in my mailbox. Unfortunately, the service is bad underground. Delivery was confirmed by e-mail at the desired time ----> 30 minutes after the agreed time, when asked by phone, the response was "That's how it is, after all, other deliveries are on the way". 60 minutes later, our lukewarm meal reached us. Accordingly, we were not convinced in terms of taste. There was a free bottle of soda as compensation for the delayed delivery. It's a shame, we'd rather order elsewhere - you won't win new customers that way.

Waited 140 minutes and nothing came after I called, not even an excuse, as a regular customer, so canceled, let it be a warning to you !!!! Order number V0I1OU

Unfortunately I had paid in advance. I've been waiting for over 2.5 hours now. With longer waiting times, 1-1.5 hours would be okay, but that's not possible. The competition works much better ... Call-A-Pizza and bye

Our pizza dough was very thin and rubbery. Our 2 pizzas (extra topping of tuna, cheese and with the jalapeno pizza extra jalapeno) just matched the product images. Mind you with the quasi double topping. It can't be that I order extra jalapeno and the delivered pizza looks just like the picture of the normal pizza. It was the same with the tuna pizza. Certainly I don't want a sack of onions for the 1.20 €, which costs extra onions, but the achievement was more than sobering, to put it mildly. For the 30 euros we could have done better ...

Unfortunately the pizzas did not arrive at the desired time, even though we had ordered them 2 1/2 hours in advance. Instead we had to wait an extra hour to get 2 cold pizzas in wet boxes. And no ... it didn't rain ... Tastes good, but otherwise not recommended.

Today, October 4th, 2020 only half of the order was delivered, then the other half of the order arrived cold, which we refused and then we discussed the worst possible way with the customer .... So we will no longer order from call a pizza in Schöneiche

Obviously you don't have to rely on customers here. Delivery not possible, collection not desired ... a shame

I had the Hawei pizza. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm. At. The telephone order was asked for. Waited over 1.5 hours for delivery. The flyer said that card payment was possible, but I was told on the phone that it was not possible and that the flyer you had did not correspond to the current one. (Flyer was only 3 weeks old). I definitely do not recommend this branch. The quality of the pizza was also not justified. The service is very unfriendly.

I was really looking forward to the Cheese & Onion Pizza. Unfortunately the pizza did not meet my expectations (I had already ordered this pizza from another CAP store in Berlin): the pizza was almost cold and sticky, the edge dry. For 9.90 euros unfortunately disappointing. The delivery time was 1.5 hours. Sorry, but unfortunately I can only assign one star. :(

Really snappy first contact! It was probably 10.50 a.m. too early! Lucky you have enough other customers! We got our pizza somewhere else. They were friendly and the pizza was not only tasty but also inexpensive.

Unfortunately, a very long wait. I asked again after 1 hour. Now it's time to wait at least half an hour. The long wait was reportedly announced. Unfortunately, no. Unfortunately it was the first and last time I ordered there. If there were also zero stars, I would have chosen zero.

Very unfriendly staff when you ask where your order is after 1.5 hours on a quiet Tuesday. The food was totally cold and wrongly delivered. It was already clear to me that this would happen, but I wanted to give the company a chance, which is of course completely miserable. One star is definitely too many !! NEVER AGAIN!! Please do not order or eat anything there!

Have long been a customer and order regularly, unfortunately the service and the constant wrong delivery is very disadvantageous for the customer. The very unfriendly lady on the phone is still trying to create a mood instead of delivering new things and apologizing. That was the last time!

Best performance. Order was there after 30 minutes. Pizzas not only look good, they also taste great. Keep it up.

After 1h 45min we asked when the pizza was coming. We then had to listen to the fact that the messenger now has to leave because of us. When we get to us, the good woman can't think of anything better than taking my money and holding the change back. Only after being asked again could I get my 50 cents back. I didn't want to tip for this service, is that so bad? The supplier said a delivery time of 2 hours is completely normal for this Call a Pizza in Schöneiche from Friday to Sunday. That's okay, then we'll order somewhere else. But you cannot excuse this terrible service. Really awful!

Delivery times are regularly in order to 90min, sometimes even longer Pizzas are indeed * been delicious) then, but so minimal occupied for the price that you see shining through the floor always even, and it seems as if less and less comes to pizza. The staff is not really friendly. And if you ordered on-site you can see why there is such a long waiting times. We order that never again, is simply better alternatives nearby.

Delivery is great! But if you are in the "shop" it is very funny! Everything is touched with the bare hands, the hands are regularly wiped on the apron, when talking on the phone or with the cashier is done no cleansing of the hands, the food is simply touched again even if money was in the hands before! This is not beautiful! The taste is good, quite intense in price!
